WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept return requests on all our full price items within 21 days of order date.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:

Item/s must be in original condition with the bag, tag and hygiene seal remaining in place

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
Items on sale cannot be returned, and are non refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping fee, other than for faulty items.
Return items must be received at our returns processing site within 28 days of the return request being raised. Return items not received before this period will be rejected.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping costs incurred for returning items to FIIRE for a refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
Yes, for a refund to be issued, the whole set (top & bottom) should be received by us. We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.
You can always place a fresh order for size changes if needed.
HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply visit https://fiire.returnscenter.com
Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
FIIRE cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation Number to you.
Items returned without a valid Returns Authorisation Number will be returned to sender and will not be processed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 2-4 business days.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged order, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at support@shopfiire.com
