HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We ship worldwide through DHL for a nominal fee of $20. We choose to use an express service so you have the best shopping experience and receive your order asap, within 2 – 3 working days.
Shipping is free for orders over $150!
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES FIIRE ACCEPT?
We accept Credit Card Payments and Paypal.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at support@shopfiire.com before 6am GMT. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 working day (Sat - Thur), and are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time, so please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If you have not received your order after this time but your tracking number is showing the status as delivered, please email us at support@shopfiire.com.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirming the courier tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please email us at support@shopfiire.com and we can provide this to you.
All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes applicable in the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of or after delivery.
Please be aware that FIIRE does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by FIIRE, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY SWIMSUIT?
We recommend hand washing in cold water and drying in the shade. For long lasting wear, avoid rough surfaces and rinse if worn in salt water or chlorine. Iron inside out. Do not spin or tumble dry. Do not bleach.
